When starting out my business, I researched a plethora of apps to utilize for content creation, scheduling, photo editing, bookkeeping and more. This list felt endless, there are just so many to choose from. When researching, I made sure to really educate myself on finding the right platforms that would work best for ME. Everyone is different and you might like another app VS the ones I share but, I figured I'd give some helpful insight on the top 10 apps, platforms and websites I use as an Instagram Coach and Social Media Manager.
Schedule content — include geotags, account tags, hashtags (posts and stories)
Basically my best friend. Design resources and templates for any graphic you can imagine — posts, stories, reels, presentations, highlight covers, logos, workshops, etc
Send contracts + invoices, create package proposals, contact clients, set-up meetings, track bookkeeping + expenses, create forms/reports
#️⃣ HASHTAG EXPERT
Use keywords to search similar hashtags within a niche/industry, track how many uses they have, create groups of 30 to use for posts
Google Chrome extension that exactly replicates the Instagram app on your desktop. Has a hashtag research feature, direct messaging + commenting, scheduling assistant, insight reporting
Add to-do lists and keep client projects organized
Edit iPhone and professional photography using presets to build consistency on feeds
